Achievements

Since the launch of its activities last year, Tkiyet Um Ali benefited more than 50,000 people.

Ramadan 2006 included the following projects and beneficiaries:

500 Internal Iftar meals ( 15,000 meals)
External Iftar meals in cooperation with different NGO’s (60000 meals).
Above 20000 people in all governorates benefited from Food packages
Zakat Phone line: A service that facilitated giving out Zakat through dialing a phone number.
There out come find money come through this before the end unique will be served from of Ramadan or transformed to food and distributed to beneficiaries before Ramadan ends.

School feeding program

18 schools are sponsored by Tkiyet in 5 governorates.
Above 8400 students are benefiting from daily meals.

Akrem Wa ate`m

Akrem Wa ate`m is a venture project between TUA and Alghad newspaper.
20% of the values of condolences published in Al-Ghad newspaper are transferred to TUA which by turn converts the transferred amount of Money to nutritional materials and distributes it on its Beneficiaries.

MEDYAF

A project that is specialized in food and beverage catering , and depends on rehabilitate beneficiaries them selves in delivering and start service to all occasions through Jordan
First stage of this project will rehabilitate (91) families be and provide them with permanent jobs and sustainable source of income.
Future plane for the project indicates poor familiars will turn into productive and self sustain after one year of implementations for the program.

9102 people in 10 governorates benefited from Food packages
100, 000 Light Iftar meals (water & dates) distributed at all land borders, streets, bus stations,mosques and were sponsored by Jordan Telecom & Mobilcom.
Zakat Phone line: A service that facilitated giving out Zakat through dialing a phone number. 9211 people used this service and 2265 people benefited from this project through food packages that were sent to them

External Iftar meals in cooperation with different NGO’s (9000 meals).
9102 people in 10 governorates benefited from Food packages
100.000 light Iftar meals (water & dates) distributed at all land borders , streets , bus stations, mosques and were sponsored by Jordan Telecom & Mobilcom.
Zakat Phone line: A service that facilitated giving out Zakat through dialing a phone number.9221 people used this service and 2265 people benefited from this project though food package that were sent to them.

Family sponsorship project is daily benefiting more families and providing food packages on a monthly basis, while internal meals are ongoing on a daily basis.
